1. General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 22abc platform ("Platform", "we", "22abc") and the user ("you", "Member"). By using the 22abc.cam website or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Some important definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Platform" — The 22abc website, mobile site and all its services.
• "Member" — Any registered individual who has opened an account with 22abc.
• "Account" — A Member's registered personal profile on the Platform.
• "Bet" — The amount of money placed to participate in a game or sports event.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering an account. If an account is created using false information, it may be immediately closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be considered a serious violation, and all accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Your login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone else. If you believe your account is being accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log in from a secure and personal device.
• Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Report any unusual activity on your account immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account.

22abc will never ask for your password or personal information via email, SMS or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and inform us.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits at 22abc can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount for winnings is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. 22abc may request a national ID card, mobile banking verification documents or other proof as needed. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4.4 Third-Party Transfer Restrictions

You may only deposit and withdraw using a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party account may result in the transaction being cancelled and your account being suspended.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 22abc receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, the bonus option must be selected at the time of the first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager (deposit amount + bonus) × 25 before the bonus can be withdrawn. A specific time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirement, which will be communicated when the bonus is activated.

5.3 Other Promotions

22abc may offer various promotional deals from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which will be stated in the relevant promotion details. If the terms of any bonus offer are not met, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or placing opposing bets immediately after receiving a bonus — is prohibited. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid when the system successfully records it and a confirmation message is displayed. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, it will be considered void.

6.2 Results and Payments

Game results are determined based on server logs and a Random Number Generator (RNG). 22abc regularly verifies the fairness of games through third-party audits to ensure fair play.

6.3 Server Disruptions

If a game is improperly affected due to a technical error or server issue, 22abc reserves the right to cancel the bets for that round and refund the amounts. Members have no right to raise an objection in such cases.

6.4 Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and sports market and are indicated on the game page. 22abc reserves the right to set maximum payout limits under special circumstances.

7. VIP Program and Rewards

The 22abc VIP Program has four tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Regular active participation on the Platform is required to reach higher tiers. 22abc's decision regarding VIP tier changes is final.

VIP cashback is paid once per week. The cashback amount depends on the bets placed during that week. Separate wagering conditions may apply to cashback.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22abc platform:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or personal information.
• Using a third-party account or payment method.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Intentional misuse of the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the games or betting system.
• Harassing, threatening or defrauding other members.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Unauthorised use of 22abc's intellectual property.
• Participating in any form of coordinated or group betting fraud.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 22abc's Rights

22abc reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without reason. This action may be taken in particular for violations of the Terms, suspected fraud or security-related reasons.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please notify our support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to conditions being met).

9.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

12. Changes to Terms

22abc reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
